Replacement Policy
The exchange of a product is only authorized in the following circumstances:
* The customer can exchange the product unit received within 7 days from the delivery date and send a replacement unit to the customer.
* Replacement may be made if the customer determines within 24 hours of receipt of the product that the delivered product is in defective condition or has physical damage.
* Replacement with a new packing unit may be provided to the customer if the customer determines within 7 days from the date of delivery that the supplied product is not working properly.
* If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify our website support team. However, the request will be granted once a member of the ship^s team has checked and verified this on their own site. This is generally reported to the customer within 24 hours of receiving the goods by ship.
* If you believe that the product you received does not match what is shown on the website or the specifications, you must report this to our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team will make the appropriate decision after reviewing your complaint.
* In case of replacement, all product packaging, with the product and its accessories intact, will be collected by the courier service that we have contracted.
A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
* The customer is not satisfied with the visual/sound quality of a product without defects * Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
* Electrical surges or damage caused by the user. Please note that returns and refunds are not provided. However, the customer may change the product unit received and receive a replacement within 7 days from the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy
We believe in helping our clients as much as possible, which is why we have a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:
* Cancellation requests will not be considered if orders have already been shipped to customers and they have started the shipping process.
* There is no cancellation of orders placed in the same day delivery category. * Cancellations of products purchased for special occasions will not be accepted. (These are limited time offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)
Price of the product
* The prices of the products indicated on the website are those in force. Although every care has been taken to accurately label products, data entry and update errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order if a transaction was made where the quoted price was not the correct price. In the rare event that this occurs, we will provide a full refund of all monies received from the customer.

* All prices on this site are in Indian rupees. For international cards used on the website, applicable bank fees and exchange rates apply. We have no jurisdiction in this regard and any dispute or question about exchange rates and bank charges should be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.
* All orders are confirmed at current prices. We calculate the price in force at the time of receipt of money and billing.
* Our products are subject to GST in India.

Out of stock situations

Product Delivery
* Purchases are shipped from our own warehouses/stores or third-party offices from various locations in India. We aim for products to reach you within 7-10 business days of receipt of order and payment, depending on the delivery address. * Orders are usually delivered by our own staff or by external courier and logistics companies or postal services between 10:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
* The goods must be signed for at the time of delivery.
* We do not accept any responsibility for goods signed for by someone other than the person who ordered the product from the address provided at the time of order.
* Since transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided at the time of ordering.
* We are not responsible for damage to products after delivery. * Any claim for defect or damage must be communicated to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact page of the online store.
